Become a business referrer
Do you know businesses that need extra hands, or workers looking for missions? With a client account, you invite clients and earn 12.5% of their missions; with a worker account, you invite workers and earn 10% of our margin on their first mission. Agencies and networks that want to do both: ask for a partner account from the Contact page.

Create your account
Sign-up is free, as a client or as a worker. Every account gets a personal referral code, available in your dashboard.

Share your code
Share your invite link: a client invites clients, a worker invites workers. The link pre-fills your code at sign-up.

Earn your commission
Referred client: 12.5% of the amount of every mission they book, renewals included. Referred worker: 10% of our margin on their first mission, once.
The rules in detail
On what amount?
For a referred client, on the price paid: €31.25 for a €250-per-month mission, €62.50 at €500, €125 at €1,000. For a referred worker, 10% of MyWorkers' margin on their first mission: €12.50, €25 or €50 depending on the hours, once. Either way, the commission comes out of MyWorkers' share: it costs the client and the worker nothing.
When is it credited?
Seven days after the mission ends, once the period during which the client can still open a dispute has passed. If a dispute is open, the commission waits for the decision; if part of the price is returned to the client, it is calculated on what was kept.
Who can be your referral?
A client refers clients, a worker refers workers: everyone recommends what they know. Partners appointed by MyWorkers (agencies, business networks) refer both. The code is entered at sign-up: it cannot be added to an existing account.
How do I get paid?
Your referrer area shows your referrals, each commission with its originating mission, and the payouts received. The MyWorkers team pays your balance once a month, in euros, by mobile money (MVola, Orange Money, Airtel Money) or Payoneer, fees on us: add your details in your settings.
